Return and Replacement Policy
We offer a 90-day return or replacement policy, meaning you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back to our warehouse (with a tracking number) in the same condition as you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned to an intermediate transit center are not eligible for a refund—only those sent to one of our warehouses will be accepted.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We kindly ask that you do not order multiple sizes with the intention of returning the ones that don’t fit. If you need assistance selecting a size, we are always available at support@frejahagen.com.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@frejahagen.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return address along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Free Replacement Option
If your product doesn’t fit, no problem! Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will offer you a free replacement, which is much more time- and cost-effective than a return.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within one hour of being placed. After this time, our team will have already processed your order in our system as well as with our shipping carrier.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Orders that have triggered our replacement/exchange policy are no longer eligible for a refund.
